New publication: bimodal PET/Fluo agent targeting pancreatic cancer in preclinical model

The development of bimodal, PET-Fluo agents is more and more popular. The teams of Victor Goncalves from the ICMUB (Dijon, France) and Aurélie Prignon from the LIMP (Paris, France) have developed and validated an in vivo agent targeting NTSR1-positive tumors in preclinical murine models.

Such work with bimodal tracers aims at improving diagnosis and surgical treatments of patients by allowing earlier detection of PDAC primary tumors and small metastases, improving staging procedures and guiding surgeons during surgical operation.
